iScenes is made by Lamb House Publishing, a small business in Canada. This page explains what we keep about you, why we keep it, and how to have it removed. If anything here is unclear, write to support@iscenes.app.

What we keep

We never see or store your card number. Payments go straight to Stripe.

Your writing is yours

We don't read your cards, sell them, share them, or use them to train AI. We only look at your account if you ask us to help with a problem, or if the law requires it.

Who helps us run iScenes

We use a few trusted companies. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

Because these servers are outside Canada, your information may be stored and handled in the United States and other countries, under their laws.

Cookies and storage

iScenes keeps your sign-in and a few settings, like your table color, in your browser's storage so you don't have to sign in every time. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking tools, and we don't sell information about you.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and writing for as long as you have an account. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted, and you can still open and export your work. When you delete your account, your account and writing are removed right away. Copies in our providers' backups are cleared within about 30 days. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as tax and financial laws require.

Your choices

Children

iScenes is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly keep information about them. If you think a child has made an account, write to us and we'll remove it.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and let account holders know by email before the change takes effect.
